    I have to admit that it was really hard to open it. Thanks to help from Admin I (husband) finally did it. This product is missing some clear instructions regarding opening.

    Please help. I can’ t open it !! I squeezed the marked places from the sides, turned clockwise . It didn’ t work. olso on the other side – the same. I tried , my husband did ! …. ???

      Dear Daiga,
      It is hard to open for the first time due to child safety rules. If your husband can not do it, ask a neighbor. 
      All you need to do is squeeze at both marked places at the same time and turn hard. 
      If you still have a problem, contact our local office and they will help you.
